Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service amount. No-shows and same-day cancellations may also be charged the 20% fee. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time.
